[SIP-devel] new sip-devel

Hi,

a new sip-devel package is out:

The main changes are:
   + new "thin" (standard Zhang-Suen thinning) implemented in C
   + gray_imread (simply to read every image as grayscale) manpage
   + improfile changed (it is now incompatible with the previous one)
   + manpage for perim
   + new example figures
   + requires Animal 0.5.0
