As libosip2 still is not downloadable from ftp.gnu.org and its mirrors
(see http://www.cert.org/advisories/CA-2003-21.html for details), I've
temporary put a copy of libosip2-2.0.2 to:

http://home.tiscalinet.ch/ries/siproxd/libosip2-2.0.2.tar.gz

By the way: the current release of siproxd is 0.3.6b which includes
some bugfixes and enhancements.
