Just found another few nasty things. 0.3.0 would not work properly
with incoming SUBSCRIBE requests.

So, this is 

"Version 0.3.1 has been released."

The main changes in this release:
- bugfixes

Upgrading to 0.3.1 is warlmy recommended.
