You need all the header files (<xxx>.h) installed as well. Usually the go into /usr/include or usr /local/include osip2/*.h osip2parser/*.h The config.log may give more details on what the exapt problem is. Still my bet is that the libosi2 libraries and header files are no properly installed or installed at an unusual location and configure.sh can't find them.
