Hi, anyone seen this problem or does it ring any bells?

I have siproxd (latest build) running on an OpenBSD firewall, I have a problem where I can receive calls from sipphone.com, and everything works fine, however If I dial an outgoing call, everything seems to go ok, all the sip signalling goes ok, and the headers all seem to be setup up ok for the RTP, however there is no audio in either direction, and no error mesages, and the firewall does not seem to be blocking anything. I do hear the sipphone announcement when I make an outgoing call. I wonder if it has something to do with the way sipphone always does an  INVITE back to the initiator after the announcement?

I am using it with XPhone Lite, and a H/W Sipphone I am developing based on the microsoft RTC libraries on wince4.2

I have it working fine as configured with FWD. The problem seems to be with sipphone. (I cannot say with 100% certainty is siproxd, however the fact that xphone lite and the H/ W siphone exhibit exactly the same symptoms would indicate it may be).

I can post logs etc, if no one has come across this problem

My setup here is using sipphone as provider (with a Budgetone-100 hardphone) and siproxd with Linux (Fedora Core 1). I have not observed any symptoms that you describe. I can establish calls directly from the phone and also via their webpage (phone directory).

Could you provide a debug log of siproxd (start, registration and call) and maybe a network trace (ethereal) of both (inbound and outbound) interfaces?

      /Thomas

I started using broadvoice, which has its own outbound proxy, so for now this is not an issue. If it becomes on again, I'll attach all the logs.

      Thanks
