is it possible to use siproxyd to connect a one line sip phone to multiple sip providers (like sipgate/nikotel) ?
Is siproxy able to use a prefix to jump between this 2 providers for outgoing calls ?

No, siproxd will no do this. There is a lot of logic required to do what you want which is completely outside the scope of siproxd.
I suggest that you look at Asterisk@Home.
