Nothing in the sprout log indicates processing of an INVITE, only OPTIONS. So use tcdpump to capture into a pcap file what sipp is sending to ims.com (first start tcpdump, then run your scenario; when the scenario finishes its job, stop tcpdump), then open the pcap file using wireshark and check that SIP messages are really in there and if they are, attach the capture to your next message. Otherwise fix the tcpdump settings and repeat until you get a useful pcap to send. I'll have a look and if the INVITE contents found in the pcap shows some mistake, your issue can be fixed at sipp side. If it doesn't, you'll have to ask for support at clearwater side.
