Try to play also a pcap with a different codec and see if that is played.

Yes, you need to have a pause after the nop injecting the pcap with the
value equal or greater than the one of the audio track played.

So, for if  MMdemoMainmenuAMR.pcap  plays music (or somebody speaks, or...)
for 30 seconds, the pause needs to be at least 30 seconds.
