You can save From and To in the received message using:

<ereg regexp=".*" search_in="hdr" header="From:" check_it="true"
assign_to="1" />
<ereg regexp=".*" search_in="hdr" header="To:" check_it="true" assign_to="2" />


Then you can use [$1] and [$2] in the script, and change the headers like:

From: [$2]
To: [$1]
