I have added a git repo for those of you that wish to commit on this project. Please feel free to contact me with a pull request.

Every night that development occurs I will publish a complete zip file with everything needed to run SIPMAN. Early PreAlpha builds will not contain an install file or the SQL data required. They are intended for reference.
