I'm not sure, what's the right project to describe this problem. Recently I ran an upgrade on Arch Linux that updated libnice (0.1.7-1 -> 0.1.10-1). It's a dependency of farstream-0.1 (0.1.2-4) which is a depency of libpurple (2.10.11-1) which is a dependency of pidgin-sipe (1.18.5-1). After the upgrade pidgin-sipe fails to join to conferences and fails with the following error message:
Error occured
Unable to establish a call
488 Not Acceptable Here
Error parsing SDP
After downgrading libnice back to version 0.1.7-1 audio started to work again.
Here is the log. Can't see libsipe mentioned.
Then either
/usr/lib/purple-2/libsipe.so
(location according to ARCH Linux package) doesn't exist or isn't a binary. The problem was solved by copying the configure command line parameters (--prefix=/usr --disable-telepathy) to git-build.sh. I tested the patched pidgin-sipe, and the call succeeded without an error.
In other words, things seem to work now. Thanks for the fix. :-)
Fixed by git commit 7ac0532.
CLOSING
IS this fix supposed to be included in 1.19.0?
No, a version containing this fix hasn't been released yet.
I compiled the package from the .zip in this thread and copied libsipe.so and libsipe.la to /usr/lib/purple-2. chmod +x libsipe.la
I can now connect to the test call on the Lync account. I was also able to receive a call from a colleague. However, I was unable to make an outbound Lync call.

So I am still unable to make calls with the lib from the .zip in this thread. If I post another log can you help me debug it? What should I be removing from the log for security purposes?
