I've just checked out the latest SINS release with CVS and got the correct libEQ.a and checked the md5sum against what was listed on http://sins.sourceforge.net and compiled successfully. It is working but I am not getting any decoding of the mobs. I see the map and my heading but nothing else. It's been a while since i've used SINS but i've recently rebuilt my Linux system so i've recompiled SINS. Is there a different libEQ.a that should be used? Thanks!

Woops... I should have put this in the Help forum for one... and i'm seeing that other people are having the problem. I'm guessing this is from Wednesday's patch. I'll be patient and offer my emotional support. =)

The libEQ.a on sins.sourceforge.net is the correct one still.
Sins is still decoding for me but it's getting more and more problematic. Some zones decode right away but others take many tries.
I'm not working on fixing this, I've hardly touched EQ recently.
Hopefully someone else will come up with a fix, just like most problems it's probably pretty simple.
