Sins is a Qt app, not a KDE app so the version of KDE you run Sins in shouldn't make any difference. With a new distro running KDE 3 you'll usually be using Qt 3.0.3/3.0.4 at this point and Sins works fine in Qt 3.0.3 so you shouldn't have any problems. My development machine runs KDE 3 with Qt 3.0.3
