Decoding has worked, sorta, for a while. It is decoding much faster now. It also decodes new spawns when you start sins after zoning.
But the biggest improvment I've seen is the compile time. The last time I compiled a CVS update (and all other updates for that matter) it would take 30-40 minutes to compile. it took all of 5 minutes today. (I use an old 233mhz laptop) Well done!

This is the first update of many to update sins to use the latest libeq (md5sum: 23249b5a6a04f2b900449d9c4aa0994a).
Make sure to get all the latest files and to remake the makefiles (make -f Makefile.dist).
