#74 Take details from Gal for Img

A surely important feature would be the option to take
image-details from the gallery if no image-details are
manually entered. So e.g. a copyright notice could
always be shown without having to add it to every
single picture.

This is currently in development. All information will be
(optionally) inherited from the parent object whether that
be an image or a gallery. Permissions and (possibly) local
ini settings will also be inherited from parent objects.
