viie88.236 Agrego chequeo de central nil en fichas centrales aguas arriba.

Aparentemente al importar una central con fichas podía quedar en nil la
central aguas arriba en la ficha y eso impedía después editar la lista y se
rompía al optimizar/simular. Ahora borra la ficha en el editor para poder
editar y avisa y avisa y no deja correr el optimizador/simulador.
