Regarding projects & time sheets:

the project hierarchy seems to be:

 -----project--|
               | task 
               |---- etc. ----

the time sheet structure seems to be:

-----time sheet---|
                  |---- project---- 
                  |--cost center---
                  |---- etc. ----

Is it possible to reconfigure to:

 -----project--|
               |---task---|
                          |--time sheet---|
                          |--cost center---
                          |---- etc. ----
               |---- etc. ----

and have the:
1.) man-hours field in projects be updated to the sum of the efforts of the time sheets.
2.) do not reset the entry the task's Begin and End fields to the date only but keep the entered times, too and the resulting 'duration calculation' between edits.
