I found that the program is outstanding as for its functionalities and data organization, however the GUI needs in my opinion a deep change in order to be really usable by a non-geek person
- use of context menus (and of menus in general) instead of tabs (tabs should only be used to display different data, not to edit, change, move or delete items or the like) or instead of buttons/links placed in improbable places (as the folder options link at the end of the tree)
- more graphic simplicity, there are too much black lines and too little blank space between data, the overall impression confuses a non-geek person
- possibility of creating smart/virtual folders to group data matching any criteria without having to merge existing folders
