#100 unicode filename upload problem

Uploading of files with unicode or UTF8 filenames (non-ascii characters) seems impossible with error popping up. I believe i am using the latest version. When checking the simple_cache folder, I dont see my file uploaded there.

Nevertheless, the upload file function is completely normal when filename is common ascii characters.
