[Simpleweb-Support] Issues upgrading to Simple 6.0.1

I have a webserver running 5.1.5 successfully.

There were a few things I found problematic about 6.0.1

1. There is no jar file available in the download -- it is just source code.
2. I downloaded 3 separate jars that I managed to find on maven central.
But my code doesn't compile. org.simpleframework.transport.Server no longer
exists.
3. When I go to the tutorial at
http://www.simpleframework.org/doc/tutorial/tutorial.php, it seems like it
hasn't been updated.
