I did not use any profiler, to measure stats like this you should avoid a profiler unless you want specific metrics on parts of the server. I used Faban and ApacheBench to gather statistics. I am afraid I do not have much time right now to create scripts, however the site for Faban is quite good and ApacheBench is very simple to use.
