[Simpleweb-Support] sessions...

hi,

i just upgraded to the newest version and just noticed that the session
feature has been removed from the version i was using.

the server i'm implementing was using that feature.

i started to look at the old sources to see if i could migrate the code...
would it be easy?

i don't mind implementing my own approach to the problem... the thing is
that i don't know how to detect the same session between requests... is it
thought cookies? some other way to know if is the same client?
