As far as HTTP goes… there is no way to tell… 

Your best bet is as follow:

(1) Fully qualified request URI
(2) Host header
(3) There is no number (3)

So, you can get the domain and port from (1) or (2). And infer the scheme somehow by looking if you have a TLS connection or something.

In short, you will need some, err, heuristics to sort this one out. Oh, well...
