[Simpleweb-Support] Javascript MIME Type

Hello,

Newcomer to Simple here, and I just noticed that the MIME type given by 
the FileEngine for a *.js file is 'application/octetstream'.

I don't think that's going to cause any problems with most browsers, but 
it seems it would be nicer to send 'application/javascript'.  Of course, 
that RFC is pretty young, and I admit I'm not really in the loop 
concerning this topic.

Anyways, mainly just wanted to get on the list.
