[Simpleweb-Support] Creating a simple web service

I was following the tutorial and I don't seem to be able to get it to work.
I think my problem is with the mapping.  The service runs but I can't call
the service.  I don't seem to be able to find the documentation on
configuration files that are needed.  If anyone could give me an idea of
what I need to make this work that would be great.

 The code is essentially the same as in the tutorials.
