[Simpleweb-Support] Simple file transfer... using FileContext, FileEngine?

I trying to get it to run as a simple web server where
it will list all the files in a directory and provide
a link to download the file.

Do I just open the file and write it to Response or is
there a Service/Engine already written for this
purpose?
