#1 Web reports button in the java client doesn't do anything

Perhaps just something not implemented, or perhaps the
button just doesn't do anything until there is more data in the
database. Regardless, when I click on the "Web Reports"
button in the java client, nothing seems to happen.

The status bar on the bottom doesn't change. No dialog is
displayed. Nothing seems to happen to the web interface
either.

The code is there to execute "explorer" with the apprioriate URL on line
410 of Main.java... some fu is needed to cope with osX, linux, bsd, etc
