#44 Coverage extension updated

I updated the coverage extension that I found on your VCS to use new SQLite3 and also support paths with ':' in them.
I had to create a simple config file in order to use it (attached you can find the file I used to create the configuration file).
Tested under SimpleTest 1.1alpha3
