#36 Add HTTP Referer (referrer) header when fetching pages

The attached patch implements the feature requested in #1072920:

It will send the last entry from the history as referrer when making requests.

I'm not adding tests for it, but it appears to work correctly (for me).

Please consider applying it (and adding tests for it, of course).
