Fantastic! I have released it all but 30 seconds ago and you have 
reduced it to a train wreck :).

I am afraid I just didn't think of that one. Could you post a sample URL 
with the mangled characters in. I am not exactly sure of the parsing 
rules to cope with this (frankly I didn't even know it was legal). I 
assume if you use the authenticate() method all is OK.
