[Simpletest-support] SimpleMock::ExpectArgumentsAt()

Exception: testcheckinputform->Unexpected PHP error [Invalid argument supplied
for foreach()] severity [E_WARNING] in
[/home/httpd/phplib/simpletest_1.0beta3/mock_objects.php] line [173]

Would it be reasonable to automatically wrap the third argument in an array, if
it is not an array, to avoid this error?
