Hi Mark, I'm looking into this issue currently. I was under the assumption that the extensions were packaged separately from the main build, and the location of the code file in the extensions directory seems to reflect that. There is a case to be made for including this in the main build if it is going to be widely used, but we'd need to hear from more people to confirm this. Regarding your other question, the most straightforward way would be to use the SimpleTest::prefer(new CustomReporter()) -- call after you require the autoload file in your test bootstrap.
