The current .tar.gz bundle from SF.net does *not* have the coverage
support included in the file download.

You can find the coverage support in the current SVN trunk, as an extension:

http://simpletest.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/simpletest/simpletest/trunk/extensions/coverage/

It's not documented officially, but it is not too hard to get running,
just need xdebug and the SqlLite libs correctly installed if I
remember rightly.
