[Simpletest-support] autotest

Hi list,

Inspired by [ZenTest/autotest](http://zentest.rubyforge.org/ZenTest/),
I made a small shell script, for continuously running tests in the
background.
It relies on inotify-tools and the gnome-specific notify-send. It can
probably be easily ported to other unix systems, by replacing
notify-send with something like growl for OS X. I'm not sure about how
portable inotify-tools is though.
