#6 Provide streaming for big files

Provide a streaming mechanismn in order to load from big files so that the system doesn't need massive memory. Although SimpleLoadGenerator was specifically designed to keep all the SQLs in memory to avoid I/O, this could cause severe issues with big files, especially once trace files (see ticket 3 and 4) need to be parsed!
