#1 Log out doesn't work

The Log Out command in the Kicker menu only offers a
"Cancel" button. There are no other buttons for logging
out. The only way out of SimpleKDE is to kill X by
pressing Ctrl-Alt-Backspace.

This occurs when you don't have kdm installed; but maybe you
use mdkkdm, gdm or xdm.
However, at least, the dialog should have shown a "log out"
button even if you don't use kdm. This is a bug and we will
patch it in the next release. Thanx!
