attempting to start to correct this problem:

When many of us open the draft website - it does not fit on the current screen and we need to toggle back and forth to look at the whole website. Other websites don't seem to do this. Does something need to be adjusted or does the website need a rule built in to self-adjust to the monitor (if there is such a thing)?

Migrated footer links to asp HyperLink anchor tags

Fixed footer overlap; also made footer-text smaller (medium vs the large for the rest of the pages)

Updated master page to reflect the appropriate master page inheritance

Updated to allow for genuine environment-specific deployment

adjusting the App_Themes path for some .css files.

referencing the jquery file in a way so that the same code works on any server.

making sure that the cursor is a hand when scrolling over each 1,2,3 number.

getting the copyright worded correctly.
