[0] Reformatted About_Us for cleaner parsing; [1] Changes the default font-size for the site to "large"; [2] moved some navigation elements to better implement footer centering; [3] Added new content for the landing page; [4] re-factored the master page to accommodate changes to enable the footer to hang on the bottom of the browser

These legacy script files were moved to the App_Themes/scripts folder

[0] add images, custom javascript; [1] added front-page content; [2] moved script2 to App_Themes folder;

quick-launch navigation links (and breadcrumb) are larger; also moved over (so don't appear scrunched) and breadcrumb "home" is still right-aligned with quick-launch navigation links

added hyper-link to site images to go back to site root; ensured image lacks a border
