#3 connection trouble to git

I try to get SimpleCaptcha sources with:

git clone -v git://simplecaptcha.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/simplecaptcha

i got:

Cloning into simplecaptcha...
fatal: unable to connect to simplecaptcha.git.sourceforge.net:
simplecaptcha.git.sourceforge.net[0: 216.34.181.91]: errno=Connection refused

Can you help me ?
