#2 Put ranslation into seperate file

Put every translation (only the german translation yet ;) ) into a seperate file. This will allow user-made translations.
Use this Format:

[english text]=[translated text]

Filename: ./language/lang_[COUNTRY_CODE].txt
[COUNTRY_CODE] e.g. "de", "ch", "en", ...
