Simkin now supports Expat

The latest version of Simkin (2.11) has added support for the Expat parser, along with its own XML DOM classes.

Version 2.07 of Simkin for C++ Released

The parser is now re-entrant, and there is support for one interpreter per thread on Win32 platforms.
