in development area we need more detailed plan anyway and that's the one
i've started on wiki page. the purpose of detailed plan is to help us
achieve the goals of the plan in funding application. does this sound
more clear / acceptable?

expected, so no chanes to the plans till next monday. shall we have two
short talks then - one me, simon and madris and the other - me and
