Somewhere on this forum it told to be ~/.sim/
I don't even have this folder, so i can't find history. I'm sure it is somewhere, i can be read from inside sim.
Or maybe i have set some options wrong way, what should i do with them?

if compiled with kde then in ~/.kde/share/apps/sim/[profilename]/history/*
ps: consider switching to http://sim-im.org/
