On linux and presumable other build environments which use autotools and GNU g++ compiler the debug build fails as new warnings are occurring and warnings as errors it on. This will build fine with --enable-final turned on.

Fixed. A line endings bug on MemoryUsage.h need to svn propset svn:eol-style native MemoryUsage.h and tidy up the line endings. Checked in r44
