#3 incorrect increment number

With each increment created the number appended to
the filename is incorrect.

These appears to be related to how NixBackup determines the
type of the next backup. When multiple backups are done into
the same directory, NixBackup only reads the first backup file
to determine the type of backup. It should read each
individual backup.
