Hi Adam,

Could you provide sample data that contains the CMD4 with a subsequent 
command to prepare a unit test? I think this can be here on the list, if 
you can't access the bug tracker.

There are other circumstances where the command/response is swapped. 
This is addressed in 
https://github.com/sigrokproject/libsigrokdecode/pull/127
