I'm sorry to hear that, it was certainly not intentional. Sometimes
things might get overlooked, a short reminder ping on IRC or mailing
list is perfectly acceptable in such cases.

I'm assuming this was the Fluke 45 driver, right? I'll have a closer
look in a bit and try to merge it.
