[sigrok-devel] git repositories moved

Hi,

just a quick announce, in case you haven't noticed yet: we moved the git
repositories from SourceForge to sigrok.org for various reasons. We also
split out every subproject into its own repository.

The new repo/clone URLs look like this:

   $ git clone git://sigrok.org/libsigrok
