Hi Adam,

As discussed during your recent ONTOLOG presentation, we're working on a =
tool that will translate SUMO into a CLIF-based representation.  We plan =
to incorporate the modular nature of SUMO using the Common Logic module =
construct and are, therefore, leveraging the ;; BEGIN FILE, ;; ENDFILE, =
and ;; INCLUDES annotations embedded within SUMO.  During our analysis =
we've noticed that the GRAPH THEORY module doesn't include any other =
modules.  I believe this is an oversight. =20
