Attached patch fixes some portability issues in the libSIDPlay2 autotools m4/shell-scripts, which are mostly evident on Solaris, but may also be noticed if any other shell than bash or zsh is used.

Additionally, the patch cleans up the macros and configure.ac, adding quoting as per recommended by autotools authors.
